Through more than a year of use, I found it quite comfortable for my wrists, but quite uncomfortable for the fingers-the keys are (relatively) very heavy. I've read several recommendations for Microsoft's Natural Keyboard 4000 (most notably Jeff Atwood's). I've been looking for an ergonomic, programmer-friendly keyboard for a while now.
